General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and agreements between 100 Gramm GmbH (hereinafter "100 Gramm Vino") and its guests, unless deviating agreements have been made in writing.

2. Reservations
Reservations for up to 6 persons can be made via our online reservation system on our website. For groups of 7 or more persons, we kindly ask you to enquire by phone or e-mail.
A reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail. We reserve the right to decline reservations without stating reasons.
Cancellation by the guest: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. For later cancellations or no-shows without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a flat-rate compensation for expenses incurred.
Cancellation by 100 Gramm Vino: In the event of force majeure, official requirements or operational necessity, we reserve the right to cancel reservations. Any deposits already paid will be refunded in full in such cases. Further claims are excluded.
We kindly ask guests to notify us if they are running more than 15 minutes late. After 30 minutes without any contact, we reserve the right to release the table to other guests.
3. Private Events and Venue Hire
The bar can be hired in part or in full for private events, corporate functions or other occasions. Please submit enquiries via the contact form on our website or by e-mail to claudius@100gramm.berlin.
Separate terms apply to private events, which will be agreed individually in writing. These include in particular provisions regarding minimum spend, deposits, cancellation deadlines and liability. Only the terms set out in the respective event agreement are binding.
A deposit of up to 50% of the agreed amount may be required at the time of booking. The following cancellation terms apply to confirmed events:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the event: free of charge
- Cancellation 7–13 days before the event: 25% of the agreed amount
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: 50% of the agreed amount
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event or no-show: 100% of the agreed amount
4. Prices and Payment
All stated prices are final prices inclusive of statutory VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to the food and drinks menu and to prices.
Payment is made on-site in cash or by card. Invoicing or credit is not provided as a matter of principle, unless a separate agreement has been made.
5. Vouchers
Vouchers issued by 100 Gramm Vino are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Upon expiry of the validity period, the voucher lapses without compensation. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
100 Gramm Vino accepts no liability for lost vouchers. Vouchers do not entitle the holder to a table reservation; a separate reservation is required for this purpose.
6. Minimum Age and Youth Protection
Alcohol is served exclusively to persons aged 18 and over. We are legally required to verify the age of our guests and reserve the right to request a valid photo ID in cases of doubt. If adequate proof of age cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol.
7. House Rules
100 Gramm Vino reserves all rights pertaining to its premises. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests or to ask them to leave, in particular in cases of:
- Disruption to operations or to other guests
- Aggressive, offensive or discriminatory behaviour
- Visible intoxication or being under the influence of intoxicating substances
- Failure to follow instructions from staff
- Bringing outside food or beverages onto the premises without prior agreement
In such cases, no refund of services already paid for will be made.
8. Liability
100 Gramm Vino is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct of our employees in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations and to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
We accept no liability for personal belongings, clothing or other items brought onto the premises, unless the damage was caused by gross negligence on the part of our employees.
9. Photography and Filming
Photography and filming on our premises is permitted for private use. The commercial use of recordings made on our premises requires the express written consent of 100 Gramm GmbH. Recordings in which other guests or members of staff are identifiable may not be published without their consent.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Berlin, provided the guest is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
11. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
