Your role
- Wine consultation at the table and bar, aligned with our menu and season
- Curating and developing our wine list with the team
- Hosting tastings and winemaker evenings
- Training service staff on wine fundamentals
You bring
- Experience in hospitality or wine trade; sommelier training or equivalent expertise is a plus
- Genuine guest focus — including late shifts
- Fluent German; English is a plus
