Your role

• Preparing cocktails, aperitifs and zero-proof drinks from our menu
• Mise en place, bar hygiene and stock management
• Guiding guests on spirits, wine and food pairing
• Co-creating seasonal specials

You bring

• Confident bar skills; hotel or fine-dining bar experience is a plus
• Team spirit, reliability and clean workflow
• German for service; English helpful
